The health and safety of our employees and our customers is our #1 priority. With the ongoing spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) around the world and in our area, we continue to monitor the situation to minimize risk, avoid disruption and provide continuity of our services.
Many customers have placed orders in the last few weeks. When your order is delivered, we will contact you to set up an appointment for pick-up. Please note, only two (2) customers will be allowed in the shop for pick-up appointments (this includes a translator). We ask that you follow this policy, as we cannot make exceptions. Please be on time for your appointment so we can continue to service customers throughout the day in a timely manner.
Other policies that have been implemented:
• The store is being regularly cleaned throughout the day and between customer visits.
• In addition to customers with an appointment, only two (2) additional customers will be allowed in the store at one time. The total number of customers allowed in the store at one time is 4 – no exceptions. While in the store, you will be asked to observe social distancing and remain 6 feet apart from other customers. If you are waiting for your appointment, you will be asked to stay outside at a safe distance from others or stay in your car until the previous customers have left the store.
• At this time, we will not be answering our phones.
